The service department is the best I have ever had the experience to work with. The management and staff are all engaged in providing customer satisfaction. I am very happy with this shop and do recommend it my friends. Frank Scarpo, Rich Fiedler, and Rick (their lead tech), are all great at what they do and should be recognized for their excellent performance.

Mr. Billingsley treated me with respect! He explained the problem that my vehicle was experiencing in a way that was not condescending. He arranged for my transport to the subway and he notified me when my car was ready. When I picked up my car, he explained what was done to the car and advised me to call him if anything arise in the future.
