This is the second Buick we have purchased at Jerry Seiner. Our 1st experience was positive so we returned for our next car. The only thing that could have been better was to have had us in the picture with our new car when it was sent to our email. We have been pleased with the service dept also.

Excellent timely work by Tony & the mechanics. I had a 4-wheel drive piece that needed to be flown in and was told it would probably be done within 5 days or so. It was done the next evening! And thanks for the use of a loaner car. All this was accomplished during snow storm conditions.

All the folks at Jerry Seiner are the best. As soon as I walked in the door my salesman, Richard, met us at the door and asked us how things were going. We arrived an hour early for our appointment, from out of state, and the service people took our Enclave in immediately to take care of it and allow us to get back on the road to go home. Always a wonderful experience. We'll continue driving 250 miles to Bountiful to get our vehicle serviced. It's truly worth the drive.

I went in for an oil change. It was done on time. They did not try to sell me any other un-needed wervice. The did give me and advise no up-coming brake shoe needs which I appreciated. I will take care of that on my next visit.

Your service rep is very personable and knows about my vehicles. Tony has always been our friend in the car business. He is honest and fair and is probably the only reason we continue to patronize Jerry Seiner dealership. We, Joel and I own two cars that we let you service. A 2003 GMC Yukon XL SLT, and a Buick Regal GTX. When money is tight it is still a question of who can give the best service for the value of our dollars the dealer or aftermarket service providers. We still have our favorites in both areas.

The service was good and the people were courteous. The service took longer than I felt it should. The next day a warning light came on indicating that the tire pressure system needed to be serviced. Is there something I can do to correct that?

Drove 4 hours from Grand Junction, Co to Salt Lake City to purchase a truck. As a first time car buyer i was a little nervous to face the " dreaded car salesman" that we all hear about. After failing to walk away with a truck from a different dealer i did some research and found that this dealership had some trucks that might fit my style and price. My wife and I showed up a 1/2 hour before they opened and was met by Victor Saenz. In the freezing cold, and before they opened he answered all my questions about a truck i was interested in and while doing so was polite and i never once felt pressured. He tried everything he could to make the numbers work, but in the end it was not a good fit. Then Brain Goff overheard our conversation, and remembered a truck at one of Jerry Seiner other dealerships that fit what i was looking for. Long story short Brian and Victor worked with me and I was able to walk out with a wonderful truck that i am very pleased with in about 3 hours. It made the 4hr/300 mile drive worth the experience. Could not have asked for a better experience buying a car. They both made it simple and easy, and also were accommodating as we had brought our puppy with us. They had no problem with us having it inside the building while we looked. I will not hesitate to recommend Jerry Seiner Buick GMC to anyone from Grand Junction, CO who is looking for a vehicle. completely satisfied with the whole Experience.
