No one likes to have to bring their car in for service, but the people at Audi of Oakland are no nice they make the trip pleasant and easy. I know that everything is done right and on time.

Michael Burns was very pleasant and accomodative . We have a busy schedule with work and kids and he drove the car to our house to show my wife , handled the trade in , and followed up promptly to show us features and make sure we were happy with the car . First class , great hire.

Everyone I've encountered at Audi of Oakland is very friendly, helpful, and extraordinarily reasonable. Getting a miscommunication error fixed which might've cost me $400 in parts I didn't intend to order was, dare I say, a pleasure to deal with and left me very satisfied with the resolution of the problem. received notification that I needed new tires. I was concerned that the dealer's prices may not be competitive. I was given time to check around and found that the dealer's prices were in fact competitive with tire stores. It took a couple of days to get the tires suggested by the person I was dealing with, but the dealer allowed me to keep the loaner car during the extended time.

Everyone was so nice and so helpful. I actually wanted to give my salesman a Xmas gift! I felt really taken care of. Buying a car is always stressful, with so much to think about, and doing it solo all the more so. But I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The service guys are very knowledgeable and most important it seems like they care. They want to do a good job and want to recommend the right solution. It's not about up-selling it's about solving the problem with the right solution. This truly brings clients back and builds trust.

Prompt greeting upon arrival, outstanding explanation of service to be performed, expedited turnaround, and a clean service loaner. Employees are very courteous and take pride in their profession.
