I keft home early for my appointment so i did not eat breakfast. Lucky for me they had coffee and donuts right there.

Honestly one of the best customer experiences I've had in a long time. Latoya was excellent! She handled everything in a very professional and caring manner. Both in person and through phone, she kept me posted on any update concerning the work on my car. She answered any questions I had and so on.

There customer service from all the female employees was very helpful and the Mgr.Wayne was VERY accommodating .The staff that works there is to be commended for their efforts.

There is a parking lot - as opposed to having your car on the street. As a result, you often can move your car right into the shop - as opposed to lining up outside with the vehicle waiting to get in.

Everyone worked with you. They were sooo accomodating. I love my new car. They patiently showed me how to use the benefirs of my fully loaded rogue, 2017 and about the car. Highly recomnended.

I love how attentive the sales associate was. I loved how they helped me get into the car I really wanted and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Plus I went to service my car because I had a nail in my tire. It took the service team a little under two hours to fix the issue. It was really busy but they were quick and I was still able to make it into work on time. I am starting to love KIA more and more.

Your technician did not change the sticker in my car to let me know when my next oil change is due (Did not like).

Nothing worse experience ever at a dealership, meet at the dealership 7 am three times for service and never left until the earliest 1 pm services bad .
